Problems with Internet access
If there is an established dial-in from your connected device but you have no access to the Internet, an installed software (e.g. Anti-Virus or Firewall) could be disturbing your Internet connection. In this case we cannot offer any help.
Therefore it is strongly recommended to use a compatible wifi router. In that way several devices can be connected at the same time and the connection is less prone to interference.
