Internet access on your computer

After successful registration and confirmation of the activation link which you receive by e-mail, Internet access is available without any further configuration.

If you are facing problems with the connection, check the following points:

• The network settings on your connected device are not correct
• The connection between your computer and the network socket is broken (change the network cable)
• Your network socket is locked
