Buy additional data volume

If your monthly free volume isn't enough, you can buy extra data via PayPal. It does not replace the free volume — it only adds extra gigabytes after the free volume is used up.

How it works

Pay the amount you want via PayPal in your account. Extra data costs 0,005 € per GByte. The balance is usually credited within a few hours. The throttle lifts as soon as the extra volume appears on your account — you do not need to reconnect.

If the payment went through and nothing shows up after a few hours, check that you paid while logged into the right account. The hotline cannot credit PayPal payments by phone.

Carry-over rules

• Unused balance carries over to the following month.
• If you move out or move to a different room, any remaining balance is forfeited.
• Unused balance cannot be refunded.
