Who can help
Start with the network mentors in your dormitory — they can look at your device on site. Most dormitories post a list of names, sometimes with office hours.
If that does not help, you can reach technical support three ways:
- Email — netadmin@stw-bonn.de. For long descriptions and files.
- Telegram — @StudNetBonnSupportBot. The same support as by email, attachments work too.
- Hotline — 0228 / 28627252. Automated connection diagnosis around the clock, staffed in person Mondays and Thursdays, 1 pm to 2 pm.
