My internet is slow
Usually your free volume is gone – or only Wi-Fi is slow, not the cable.
Internet access in the StudNet is not a flat rate. Every connection has a monthly free volume of 6144 GByte (6 TByte). Once that's used up and there's no credit on the prepaid account, speed drops to 2048 kBit/s (2 MBit/s) between 10 am and midnight. From midnight to 10 am, traffic does not count — details on data volume.

The throttle lifts at the start of the new month. If you want full speed sooner, you can buy extra data.
