Problems with computer setup

If you have finished the Internet Login setup as described and the Internet Login is not working, check the following:

• Wrong user name or password or typing error
• Wrong server address or typing error
• Whitespace before or after your user name, password or server address
• The connection between your computer and the network socket is broken (change the network cable)
• Your network socket is locked

You have checked all above mentioned points but you are still not able to connect to the Internet?
