Unlock network socket

You can unlock your network socket in one of two the following ways:

• using the telephone computer hotline (which is available 24×7) with your lodgers number or Personenkennziffer/Kundennummer or a diagnosis ID of your network socket
• on our website https://netstat.stw-bonn.de with your user name and password of your Internet Login

If the reason for the lock persists and you try to reconnect the causing device/computer, your connection will be immediately locked again.

If this happens too often, the socket can only be unlocked by e-mail to the technical support.
