Copyright infringement

If a connection is blocked due to a copyright infringement, the user will be informed of this by email. The user must then contact a network mentor in their dormitory to receive the cease and desist declaration form (Unterlassungserklärung). The network mentors CANNOT unblock the connection.

The Unterlassungserklärung must be filled out and signed, next sent to the Studierendenwerk or posted on site. The address of the Studierendenwerk is on the form.

The connection will only be unblocked by technical support once the Studierendenwerk has confirmed receipt of the Unterlassungserklärung.
