Problems with registration process
If you get the error message Ungültige Kundennummer your renting contract is not established at the Studierendenwerk or the data was not transmitted. In this case contact the Studierendenwerk for help.
If the registration process fails check the following:
- try to use another Internet browser, e.g. Firefox or Chrome
- make sure that JavaScript is enabled in your Internet browser
- the registration is only possible from around 10am on official moving-in date
