Problems with registration process
If you get the error message Ungültige Kundennummer your renting contract is not established at the Studierendenwerk or the data was not transmitted. In this case contact the Studierendenwerk for help.
If the registration process fails check the following:
- is there a problem with the network connection between your computer and your wifi router
- try to use another Internet browser, e.g. Firefox or Chrome with enabled JavaScript
- the registration is only possible from around 10am on official moving-in date
